Features

Built In

  • A spinning disc throws media and parts up against the stationary polyurethane wall, finishing parts up to five to ten times faster than vibratory.
  • Variable frequency speed control runs fine finishing at low speed and aggressive deburring or edge radiusing at higher speed.
  • Gap adjustment bolts keep media and parts out of the gap between the moving base and the tub wall.
  • Automated A-models add a loading and unloading system with a built-in media separator, run through a touchscreen PLC for continuous operation.
