Timesavers Fabrication Equipment

Timesavers builds wide belt machines that deburr and round edges on flat parts in a single pass. Carlson sells and services the Timesavers line across New England, so parts come off the laser, plasma, or punch clean and ready to coat.

About Timesavers

Industry Leading Since 1946

Timesavers was founded in 1946 by R.F. Pendergast in partnership with 3M to build the first continuous duty sanding platform. Nearly 80 years later, Timesavers remains the industry leader in wide belt abrasive finishing, with more than 50,000 machines operating in shops worldwide.

Every Timesavers machine is engineered and built at the company's 82,000 square foot facility in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Timesavers has committed to expanding domestic production, with a stated goal of manufacturing half of all machines sold in Minnesota.

Timesavers machines handle deburring, edge conditioning, finishing, laser oxide removal, and heavy slag removal for sheet metal fabricators. Carlson Fabrication Solutions carries the complete Timesavers metal line for sheet and flat stock processing.
