Features

Four barrels ride the turret on the Ferris-wheel principle, multiplying gravity to finish parts far faster than a standard tumbler.
Each barrel runs 50 to 80% full of media, parts, water, and compound, so you load a full charge and let the high energy do the work.
Barrel dividers keep precision parts separated through the cycle, and a pneumatic cover lift opens the barrels without heavy manual lifting.
Add safety light curtains and PLC process storage to automate and monitor the machine across part numbers and cycle steps.
