SBB Series

The newest generation of round bowl. The spiral bottom opens a larger area below the screen to help parts travel around the bowl and reduces the final incline at discharge. A long internal screening section separates parts from media so the media falls back into the bowl as parts come off.

LR Series

The long radius bowl runs a larger circumference than the other ALMCO bowls, giving parts a wider working channel and more spacing within the bowl. That makes it the right call for delicate or long, narrow parts, and a built-in internal separator suits batch or through-feed work.

OR Series

The original round bowl, and the only ALMCO bowl that takes dividers. The dividers create separate compartments that keep parts from touching each other and remove the need for fixturing. The curved polyurethane bowl keeps parts immersed in the mass for gentle or aggressive deburring, discharging onto an external screener.
