Features

Built In

  • A fully hydraulic 3-roll symmetrical design drives all three rolls, prebending both edges so cylinders close with almost no flat spot.
  • A tilting prebending device and cone thrust handle conical rolling, and a wide opening between rolls drops finished parts out easily.
  • Optional EasyRoll CNC assistance and a bending-diameter measuring system make precise diameters repeatable on thin sheet from 0.2 to 4 mm.
