Built In

  • A servo gripper feeds raw stock through the line while a 180-degree rotating frame carrying four tools, six optional, mills, drills, and taps every face in one pass.
  • An integrated 550 mm saw cuts each finished part to length, so milled, drilled, tapped, and cut parts come off the unloading conveyor ready to assemble.
  • An automatic loading magazine and motorized unloading run the line with minimal handling for windows, doors, curtain walls, and window wall systems.
