Features
Built In
- Precision-machined frame with no shims required: industry-leading tolerances stay consistent over the life of the machine without adjustment.
- Urethane strippers and automatic hold-downs keep material flat through every stroke, with no fixed stripper plate to adjust for thickness changes.
- Dovetail quick-change tooling swaps attachments in seconds, all stations sit at the same height, and a low-rake shear blade with four cutting edges gives flatter parts and longer blade life.
Applications
Where It Works
- Punching, shearing, coping, and notching structural steel in a single machine without moving the workpiece between stations
- High-volume fabrication of frames, brackets, and structural members where setup time and operator fatigue drive production cost
- Shops that need consistent accuracy on tight-tolerance structural work and want a machine built to outlast the building it's in
