Material handling ties standalone machines into one flowing cell. Parts conveyors move components between stations, parts and media hoppers stage and feed media without scooping by hand, and vacuum transfer systems relocate media cleanly between cycles.
Oscillating screeners separate finished parts from media in a single automated step at the discharge of a tub, bowl, or barrel, and grade reusable media from broken fragments so nothing gets sorted by hand.
Filtration keeps the process running longer. Oil coalescers skim tramp oil off the top of the wash solution so it lasts far longer between changes, and sediment tanks settle solids out so process water can recirculate back to the machine.
Custom solutions come from one source. ALMCO engineers, builds, and installs systems that deburr, wash, dry, and pack in a single line, coordinating material handling and robotics across every station from in-feed to exit conveyor.
